President - James E. Fee

James Fee has over 25 years experience in the earth retention and erosion control industry. His extensive knowledge includes engineering skills, product familiarity, and hands-on installation work. James conducted education workshops to over four thousand engineers on design and construction techniques of earth retention and erosion control structures.
James is well known for his ability to find solutions to some of the toughest erosion problems in the United States and has been invited by other countries to visit and advise on river and stream prototypes.
Jay began his careeer as a Civil Construction Contractor immediatly after graduation from the University of North Texas in 1999. With a formal business education and practical work experience Jay runs the business end of the business. He directly manages the estimating, accounting, risk management and legal activities of the firm.
Jay is a member of several professional and social organizations and enjoys spending time maintaining his saltwater aquarium.
Operations Manager - Joe Schweighofer

Joe began work with the firm in 2004. He has a business degree from the University of North Texas and focuses his time on project management, special projects, day to day operations and the management of adminstrative activities.
Production Management & Estimating - Tony Peyton

Tony began work with the firm in 2007. Previously Tony worked with gabions and erosion control for almost 20 years which gives him a very specialized knowledge base. He knows gabions! Tony moniters production in the field and prepares bid estimates.
Production Management & Estimating - Rick Thetford

Rick hired on in 2009 to develop our Soil Erosion Control functions. Rick has an education background in Accounting and years of experience in the oil and construction industries. Rick will be developing our Soil Erosion Control customer base and preparing bid estimates.
